I've been a licensed real estate professional since 1993. I fell in love with the industry in the late 1980's when I worked as a receptionist for one of the local real estate companies. That started me on the road I currently walk, well...run is more realistic.
I have a wonderful husband, Hollis, that's put up with me for the past 15 years and hopefully there are another 50 in our future. We are also business partners in a property management company that he operates. My son, Anthony, is a junior at UNC Pembroke. He's an awesome young man and one of my best friends. He's been through a lot for being so young but he's tackled everything that life has thrown at him and succeeded.
Hollis just retired from the military and he just began his second career as owner and manager of our property management company leaving me the time and sanity to manage AIT Realty. |

As the Broker In Charge I manage Real Estate Agents and oversee the day to day business operations. AIT Realty is my second home, therefore, I'm trying to create and maintain a professional atmosphere for the client but a family atmosphere for the Agents.
AIT Realty considers its family members to be the greatest strength and asset. I know, you may think the family concept is overboard and it might be, but I still hope to achieve and maintain that atmosphere. I want a workplace for my Agents that is a home away from home. I want the Agents to be proud to say they are with AIT Realty and I want them to look forward to going to office, not wake up dreading it...I want the career dream!
